My creation process is intuitive and uses no shortcuts. The process itself is enjoyable and meditative, especially when I am painting outdoors en plein air. I prefer to work in pastel, watercolor, acrylic, and charcoal. I usually listen to the subject to determine the media. I challenge myself constantly by using different techniques and varying subjects and media. I further hone my drawing skills with life drawing an sketches. I hope to be creating art until my final breath.
